This weeks tools are enabled by Twitter. If you’re in the public eye or just not ‘private’ on social media then where and when you post can often reveal more than what you post. There are a host of tools on the web that can help situate a person/account in space and time and we’ve used social media to not only find people, but also to track assets. Here are a few of our recommendations.
TweetBeaver

TweetBeaver can gather data on any non-private account and returns most searches as a csv for easier filtering and analysis.
Spoonbill

Spoonbill is a great tool for tracking profile changes of the people you follow on Twitter.
GeoCreepy

Creepy gathers geolocation related information from online sources, and allows for presentation on map, search filtering based on exact location and/or date, export in csv format or kml for further analysis in Google Maps.
